REIMBURSEMENT DIRECTOR   200 Bed Hospital CALIFORNIA Kaye/Bassman International is currently seeking a REIMBURSEMENT DIRECTOR for one of our hospital clients. Based in Florida, this position is responsible for Reimbursement and Cost Reporting operations for this facility. The Reimbursement Director directs and prepares third-party cost reports and manages the audits of those cost reports. The Director performs charge/coding analyses to determine accurate reimbursement. The Director helps ensure compliance with pertinent regulatory agencies and performs various financial feasibility projects for all affiliates.  Requirements: Bachelor's degree, Finance related field, Master's degree, MBA or related field preferred, Proficient in the use of computer spreadsheets, Strong mathematical and analytical skills, 3 years or more experience, previous reimbursement experience required, Bachelor's degree, Finance related field, Master's degree, MBA or related field preferred  Acute hospital, healthcare and reimbursment knowledge and experience are a must !!!   Position:  Director of Reimbursement Location:    California  Reports to :   Direct reporting to Corporate VP Patient Financial ServicesComp.:Base + BonusAbsolute Requirements:  MUST HAVE current hospital reimbursement / cost reporting expeience in an acute care setting.
