Quality Inspector / Purchasing & Inventory Control

From the Vancouver facility, which is part of the marine division of Rolls-Royce, we provide sales representation, spare parts sales and aftermarket services for all Rolls-Royce product lines.
We are looking for qualified, motivated individuals for the following positions in our Vancouver Office:
Quality Inspector Position
Ensure all components and assemblies are manufactured and delivered per RRQMS and ISO requirements; monitor quality non-conformances internal and external; perform external audits, develop and maintain sub-contractors supply chain; developing and maintaining RRQMS, ISO9001 and ISO14001 certifications.
Education: Formal quality inspector education and certification.
Experience: Not less than 10 years relevant experience as quality inspector in a marine or heavy rotating
equipment industry.
Purchasing & Inventory Control Manager
This is senior position and in charge of Inventory Control. Responsible for purchasing and subcontracting of all projects/upgrades components and shop repair/overhaul components. Responsible for development and monitoring of the supply chain.
Skill Requirements
- Flexibility in the role is paramount.
- Good knowledge of engineering industry
Education: Professional Purchaser education and certification
Experience: Not less than 10 years relevant experience as purchaser / inventory control agent in a marine or heavy rotating equipment industry.
