About the Position:
We are seeking dynamic individuals with Tax or Audit experience at all levels. We have openings for positions dealing with both, domestic and international clients and with public and non-public in various industries. Some specialty niche areas are SEC Asian Services (Mandarin speaking), Asian Service Tax, Construction, Agriculture (Dairy), Government, Manufacturing, Distribution, and Service Industries.

For Audit the responsibilities include:
* Audit, review and compilation engagements
* Financial statement preparation
* Complex audits for clients in a variety of industries
* SEC Audit experience is a plus
* Management experience mentoring and training staff is a plus

For Tax the responsibilities include:
* Review and preparation of tax returns
* Tax planning
* Tax research
* Tax compliance
* Management experience mentoring and training staff is a plus

We have immediate openings in both the Orange and LA county (Walnut) offices for the following positions:
Audit Manager
Tax Manager
Audit Manager QC Department
Tax Senior
Audit Senior-Domestic
Tax Semi-Senior
Audit Senior-Construction
Audit Semi-Senior
Audit Staff-Experienced

Qualified candidates must be a CPA or CPA candidate with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and at least 1+ year(s) experience in a public accounting firm.
 
Location:
We have opportunities in both City of Industry (Walnut) and Orange. We also have offices in Visalia, California.
 
Compensation:
A competitive compensation plan (salary, bonus, and benefits) is included. Compensation package is based on experience.
