They offer great compensation to go along with excellent benefits in a team based environment.   The Senior Tax Accountant will execute multiple assignments, supervise, and train, tax accountants and other staff which fall under his/her supervision in preparing, reviewing and processing tax returns and other engagements and reports.  Research and analyze tax laws and regulations relevant to tax compliance matters.  Prepare and analyze financial statements and other related reports required by client engagements.   Responsibilities include but not limited to:   Preparation and/or review of individual, partnership, trust, estate and gifts, exempt and corporate tax returns   Coordinate and monitor extensions   Tax research and forecasting   Supervise/assist with write-up services   Prepare correspondence to various taxing authorities and/or clients   Client relationship management and ongoing business development   Supervise, train and evaluate subordinates   Requirements: 4-year degree in accounting.  At least 5 years of extensive experience in the areas of individual, partnership, corporate, exempt estate, gift and trust tax returns preparation.
