Property Management Bookkeeper
Edgewood Properties, a leader in Real Estate development, currently seeks an experienced Bookkeeper/Accountant to join our Property Management Department. This position will be located in our corporate office in Piscataway, New Jersey. Since its founding in 1992, Edgewood Properties has established itself as a leading real estate development, construction and property management company. Based in New Jersey, the Company is on a course of growth leading to activities all across the nation. Edgewood Properties was created and is owned and managed by real estate entrepreneurs who bring a hands-on approach to all projects it develops, leases and manages.
We are seeking a candidate to work in our Property Management department. Candidate must possess outstanding organizational and professional skills. Duties to include, but not limited to, entering rent checks, lockbox and credit card payments. Monthly bank reconciliations for both rent and security accounts. Processing move-in’s, renewals, move-out’s and refunding security deposits. Filing and data entry.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years experience in the property management field. Timberline and RealPage a plus. A stable work history and experience working with private and public companies is a must.
