Property Accountant

 

We are actively working on a search for one of the top Property Management companies in the area. Due to recent growth our client is looking to hire a Property Accountant to join their team. This role will be responsible for managing a mixed portfolio of properties for one of the company's fastest growing divisions.

Duties in this position will include:

-Coordination of month-end close activities

-Preparation and review of financial statements
-Budget vs. actual analysis
-Financial reporting
-Balance sheet analysis
-Reconciliations
-Ad-hoc projects

There is a tremendous opportunity for someone with 1-2 years of related experience to make a move into a growing company that is always looking to promote from within. Candidates will need a degree in accounting or finance to be considered for this role.

The company offers a competitive compensation package including a base salary and bonus plan.
