JOB SUMMARY
Assist with projects related to regulatory compliance that improve field compliance posture and lower operational risk. Work will include research, development and distribution of forms, disclosures, schedules and communications used by the field to implement compliance requirements.
Obtains information from field, WHQ and external sources necessary to complete assigned projects. This coordination will include generating written communications and interacting personally with the appropriate associates and third party representative (e.g., RAL lender).
Maintains detailed spreadsheets and databases related to each project as necessary. Validates the spreadsheets and databases input and output and makes initial observations and recommendations as to the conclusions reached.
Assist in creation/modification of annual federal, state and special compliance forms, disclosures and schedules for use in all tax offices.
Travel up to 50% of the time during core tax season.
Assist with project-related activities, including the initiation, planning, execution and control of projects involving multiple people, process and technology components. Provide support for the project managers with regards to defining, documenting, tracking and communicating project-related information. Complete project tasks as assigned.

JOB DUTIES
·        Understand the business needs of the customer.
·        Facilitate meetings, in person and over electronic media, to collect requirements, status and other project-related data.
·        Develop and maintain any necessary project documentation according to the internal project management framework. May include obtaining feedback and consensus on the documentation.
·        Communicate project guidelines, status and other information effectively to the project team in person and over electronic media.
·        Execute any assigned project tasks.
·        Track and report on project scope, schedule, quality, costs, resources and risks.
·        Assist with verification and documentation of project results.
·        Assist with all tasks necessary to close the project, transitioning to an operational state, if necessary.
·        Other duties as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
·        Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while achieving established timeline.
·        Experieince dealing with cross-organizational business partners.
·        Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Management Information Systems, Computer Science or related area, or the equivalent through a combination of education and work experience.
·        Three years project management experience.
·        Familiarity with formal project management methodologies.
·        Demonstrated decision-making, analytical and problem solving abilities.
·        Track record of establishing priorities and meeting deadlines.
·        Effective written and oral presentation skills and facilitation skills.  Ability to communicate with all levels of internal associates, external vendors and business partners.
·        Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
·        Proficiency with Microsoft Office software and project planning tools.
