Project Accountant
Traditions of America, the 'Leader in Lifestyle Living' for active adult communities is in need of a Project Account that has 3-4 years of experience working for a homebuilder to work at our Radnor, PA corporate office. Selected candidate will have excellent organizational skills with an eye for accuracy. Excellent computer skills is a must and the individual will be well versed in excel, outlook and word. Experience with Marks System is preferred.
Your responsibilities will include: the maintenance of budgets and contract pricing; analysis of job cost activity; general ledger analysis; preparation of variance reports; create individual job budgets for new starts; update budgets from contract revisions and design center addendum's, including custom options. You must be receptive to assisting accountants and accounting associates in administering certain functions as needed, (financial statement preparation, reconciliation of sales and deposit information, accounts payable data entry and cash report preparation).
Education Requirements: 4 Year Degree in Accounting or Finance related
Job Requirements:3-4 years accounting experience working for a homebuilder Excellent excel, word and outlook skills
