Provides project management/contractual/financial support and coordination to a complex program area on several non-technical contracts with an emphasis on financial, logistical, records management, and human resources administrative focus. Duties will include program/project accounting and reporting, tracking of annual fiscal plans and monthly updates, maintenance and reporting, contract administration, purchasing and invoicing, facility leasing and service administration. Maintains contract budgets, prepares contract-billing, estimates materials, equipment, production costs and delivery schedules. Oversees personnel records, facility administration and purchases equipment and supplies.Required ExperienceRequires a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or equivalent work experience, and two to four years of experience in project support or management. The successful candidate will have: In-depth knowledge of the administrative procedures and tools required to support an individual or group Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with demonstrated expertise in Word, Excel and PowerPoint Strong organizational skills and detail oriented Ability to work well under pressure, juggle tasks (both client and office-related) and work efficiently against deadlines Ability to prioritize multiple projects and adjust workload accordingly Demonstrated problem solving and judgment capabilities Excellent oral and written communication skills.
