We are currently recruiting for a Program Administrator in our Valley Forge office in Wayne, PA.
The Program Administrator is a part of our Quality team – HSB Registration Services and is responsible for the following tasks: scheduling of audits and audit team selection, monitoring Auditor qualifications,completing paperwork for auditor certifications,reviewing and processing files and records required by the Quality program,supporting our Operations Manager during various internal and external audits,providing monthly status reports to the team members,assisting with quarterly letters to subcontractors and customers,monitor and analyze customer survey data,following up on audit finding responses.
Education: A High School diploma is required. An Associates Degree in Business, Management or Accounting is desired.
Work Experience:3 years of administrative experience in an administrative capacity such as an Administrative Assistant, Executive Assistant, Administrative Support, Project Support, Junior Project Manager, Quality Support, Quality Coordinator or similar capacity is required. Familiarity with the requirements of ISO 9000 and various quality programs are required. Experience with HSB Registration Services quality programs and 1 year experience working with an ISO 9000 program are desired.
Technical and Non-Technical Skills:Experience with prioritizing daily workload is required. Effective communication skills are required. Proven problem solving skills are required and the ability to address customer needs and concerns. Proficiency with MS Office (MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel and MS Access) is required at least an intermediate level. An MS Access power user is desired. Experience with working with limited supervision is required.
