SUMMARY: Infor Global Solutions, a 2.2 billion dollar company is looking for talented customer support professionals to work in their world-class global support organization. The qualified candidate will demonstrate a proven history of quality customer support that resulted in customer satisfaction.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Infor’s global support organization is a progressive high-paced team of over 1,000 employees, each specializing in a specific set of Infor’s product suite. The qualified candidate will have a proven track record of:
§ Providing courteous customer service in an accurate and timely manner
§ Responding to incidents, recording incident activity and solving problems
§ Utilizing all available support material and tools to successfully resolve problems
§ Contributing to company knowledge base
Required Skills:
§ The ideal candidate will have a strong accounting background in a manufacturing environment
§ Knowledge in one or more: AR, AP, GL, HR and Payroll
§ Clear communication skills in both verbal and written/electronic mode
§ Proven software application troubleshooting skills
DESIRED Skills:
§ The ideal candidate will have past experience with the Infor Visual Enterprise ERP
§ In lieu of Visual experience, a background in other financial software products used in a manufacturing environment is a plus
§ Previous customer support experience in a fast-paced, team oriented environment is also a plus
