Private Client Associate
StaffingMaster is currently assisting our client in the search for a Private Client Associate. This excellent opportunity is located in the Cleveland, Ohio area.
Position Responsibilities:
A qualified candidate will handle client interaction; analyze statements, portfolios tax, estate planning and wealth projection documents and figures. You will work as a member of a team consisting of up to four Financial Advisors, two to three Private Client Associates and one Administrative Assistant. Additional responsibilities include:
· Heavy client interaction and problem solving for high net worth prospects, clients and intermediaries.
· Client Servicing including: process cash flows, prepare meeting materials, explain current strategy in their portfolio, research topics as needed and discuss market related matters.
· Account creation, maintenance and reconciliation; liaison between client and all other departments (operations, compliance, portfolio management, etc.)
· Analytical Work including: portfolio and overall net worth analysis, create and update customized spreadsheets, create presentation material from proprietary forecasting and net worth tools, evaluate potential tax consequences of transactions.
· General office administrative skills as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree is required. 2 + years of related experience with a corporate environment. Investment experience is a plus.Ability to grasp sophisticated financial concepts and apply knowledge to daily tasks. Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat and Outlook experience is helpful. Strong follow-up and attention to detail. Planning and organizational skills.Must be bright, energetic, detail-oriented, flexible and work well in a professional environment with a variety of personalities. Ability to work in a fast paced environment. Client servicing attitude and ability to work in a team are a must. Must have the ability to wear many hats both within Private Client Associate job and within the office. Flexibility to work longer hours when workload demands is preferred. Ability to develop professional working relationships with clients.11. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
