The qualified candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business Administration with excellent proficiency in Accounting. Also you should have excellent planning and organizational skills. Additionally, have the judgment and experience to identify and evaluate cost and progress trends, as this is one of the most important aspects for the job.
