POSITION IS LOCATED IN NASHVILLE, TN' Lead and manage the Cummins Financial Business Unit PFR Reporting & Analysis team ' Maintain strong working relationship with Corporate PFR and Corporate Accounting in Columbus' Lead the BU monthly Consolidation process' Manage maintenance of finance systems, reporting structures and COA ' Lead Business Unit monthly reporting process and completion of monthly reporting packs ' Prepare Cummins Filtration Business Unit Balance Sheet and working capital reports' Co-ordinate with global entities to meet PFR&A objectives' Assist in implementing and enforcing consistent corp acctg policies across the BU.' Ensure compliance with Sox and internal audit requirements. Work closely with CFBU Technical/Compliance team to ensure corporate policies, procedures and control expectations are met.' Lead the process for providing monthly business and mgt reports for senior mgt ' Provide financial and business analysis support to functional groups ' Drive quality improvement in financial processes ' Develop and mentor finance talent in the PFR group' Lead Finance process improvement, including using Lean and Six Sigma tools, monitor & publish performance ratings - Bachelor's Degree Required- CA/CPA essential- Advanced Computer Skills - Oracle & Hyperion preferred- Excellent Communication skills - Good Negotiation skills- Excellent organizational skills- Advanced Accounting knowledge- International transaction exposure Cummins is an Equal Opportunity Employer
