We are actively recruiting for a client in Raleigh for a Direct Hire Pension and Benefits Accountant. Will coordinate the Pension and Benefits Accounting process Provide recommendations on complex accounting issues to senior management Evaluate and recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures that result in process improvements and efficiencies Assist with long term incentive Provide analytical support and analysis for various projects Prepares, processes, and communicates US Pension and Benefits process Coordinates Pension and Benefits process on a WW basis and acts as primary contact to senior management (Treasury, HR, Accounting) Keeps Management aware of any issues impacting the financial impact resulting from Pension and Benefits policy, or changes to external requirements - sizes impacts and recommends a course of action for any given accounting period Ensures the accuracy of the company accounts through analysis, reconciliation, and research Minimum of 3-5 years of accounting experience in pension and benefits is required An additional of 2-4 years of public accounting experience is highly desired Bachelors Degree in Accounting is required Experience with Hyperion software preferred and SAP a plus To be considered, please e-mail your resume to susan.humphrey@na.manpower.com Email your resumePlease click here,or copy and paste the following link into your email browser, to email your resume.
