DIRECT HIRE:

Payroll Administrator: Our client located in downtown Houston, in the oil and gas arena has an immedate need for an experience Payroll Administrator. In this role, one will be responsible for preparation of hourly/field payroll (and taxes), reconciliation and reporting of the same, as well as wire transfers. A minimum of three years of experience in payroll processing is required--oil and gas industry is a plus, but not required; must have experience with ADP. Salary mid 40's to mid 50's, dependent upon employment history and past/current salary history. IMMEDIATE OPENING, DIRECT HIRE!!! Paid Parking, excellent benefits and discretionary bonus potential.

A/P Processor: Our client located in downtown Houston, in the oil and gas arena has an immediate need for an experienced A/P processor; oil and gas industry experience is preferred, as one will deal with Joint Interest Billing data for non-operated invoices, however, those with strong tenure and solid experience outside of the oil and gas arena may be considered. Three years of experience in A/P, excellent communication and problem solving skills are required for this role. IMMEDIATE OPENING, DIRECT HIRE!!!! TEMP TO HIRE:

Accountant: Our client located in the Galleria area is seeking someone to take over the accounting duties and re-direct the department. Must have experience in all aspects of accounting, financials, etc. Experience utilizing Quickbooks is needed, along with a proactive attitude and excellent computer and communication skills. DEGREE REQUIRED. $40-50k, DOE. IMMEDIATE OPENING!!
