Job duties include working with payroll records, auditing time keeping records and math on weekly time sheets. Verifying discrepancies with supervisors. Working with deductions for payroll. Updating changes to employee information such as change of address, withholding or regular deductions. Processing child support deductions and garnishments. Complete understanding of the accounting and payroll cycles, job costing.Must have excellent computer and software skills. Extensive knowledge payroll and of federal and state payroll tax issues. Knowledge of garnishments. Strong oral and written communication skills. Good analytical skills. Good people skills.Team player; must be flexible and ready to change and grow with fast growing company. Ability to handle confidential information. Must be able to successfully pass both a drug screen and background check.
