Payroll Specialist III (nece-000605)
A non exempt position.
Verify and process timecards. Responsible for gross to net payroll processing. Process new hires, terminations, manual checks, W-4 forms, direct deposits, garnishments, employment verification, leave of absence pay, relocation, taxable fringe processing, 401K, process PTO, bonus and incentive pay. Handle paycheck distribution, payroll audit, employee and agency inquiries plus other accounting duties.
Minimum 2 to 5 years of Payroll experience. Prefer PeopleSoft payroll system experience. Operate ten key by touch, strong PC skills (Microsoft Word & Excel).
Excellent communication skills.
High School Diploma. Prefer some college.
