Payroll Business Analyst
This is a new position for an experienced Business Analyst to support Payroll needs in a fast growing company.• Understand all Payroll processes and data interfaces • Lead Payroll activities such as system enhancements, conversions, acquisitions and upgrades • Perform functional testing & coordinate resources for testing• Liaison with IT, HR, and payroll provider (ADP) • Coordinate the resolution of production issues affecting Payroll • Produce adhoc reports, extracts and data comparisons from Oracle and ADP • Perform assigned payroll functions as needed • Some travel requiredRequirements:• Bachelors degree • 2 years experience as a Business Analyst • 5 years work experience in Payroll, Accounting or IT related systems • Highly self motivated • Proficient in Excel • Excellent written and oral communications • Organizational, detailed oriented and multi-tasking skills • Problem solving skills • Work independently or with a teamPreferred experience:• Oracle SQL queries • Large Company Environment • Proficient in Access DB • Oracle HR • ADP Payroll
