Payroll and Accounts Payable Coordinator

This position is responsible for the processing and verification of invoices to ensure accurate payment of all approved and legitimate invoices on a timely basis. It is also responsible for preparing bi-monthly payroll for multiple companies using the ADP system.

Located in New York City.

Duties Include: Receiving and posting vendor invoices Verifying invoices for quantity, unit price and accuracy Assigning appropriate account numbers to invoices for proper classification on company financial statements Research vendor statements for discrepancies and communicate with vendors Generate accounts payable checks for batch processing cycles Maintain proper files on current basisQualifications: Minimum 2 years related experience High school graduate Knowledge of ADP payroll processing system Experience with multi-state tax reporting Team player
