Local manufacturer of lubricants and greases is looking for a Shipping & Receving clerk to work in their offices. Company has temporarily relocated due to flooding in our area and will be at their location in North County at least for 1 year. Looking for someone who can follow paperwork process for Shipping & Receiving Department from creating bill of lading, handle export shipping paperwork, creating packing slips and invoices through Quickbooks. Attention to detail and desire for quality work a must. Business casual dress. Flexible with hours that selected candidate works but wants someone who can work 4 hours a day during regular business hours. Qualified candidate will have previous experience with the paperwork/accounting end of shipping & receiving, ability to follow process from beginning to end and follow up with shippers as needed.
