Responsible for project financial administration in support of the project manager. Essential Duties: Monitor project performance and provide project managers with financial assistance in managing their projects Review contract documentation to ensure compliance and financial administration Reconcile Project Costs and Billings on a monthly and ongoing basis to ensure full recovery of costs incurred based on predetermined multipliers  Prepare labor transfer reports Perform project analysis Prepare monthly invoices to Clients based on Project Costs and earned value  Interface with general accounting and/or accounts payable/receivable Comply with ATG SOX procedures relating to the billing function Other tasks as assigned  Qualifications: Knowledge of accounting principles and techniques. 2 to 5 years of directly-related experience, preferably in an A/E environment.  Skills and Abilities: Detail oriented Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet required deadlines Strong organizational skills Strong interpersonal skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills  Education: HS Graduate Minimum, College Grad Preferred but not mandatory
