Outside B2B Sales Representative 100k+ Base Salary Plus Commission Uncapped

Due to the continuing growth of my clients company we are looking for a strong candidate to join their team. Great opportunity with a great territory .We are search of candidates with outside b2b sales experience, great communication skills, highly intelligent, and a good understanding of how to be successful in outside sales, must be a strong closer.

This is a high prospecting/high activity environment. A first year rep gets 40%+ of the business from their own prospecting. An average rep has 10+ appointments per week. Each rep has a geographic territory based on zip codes. As skill level increases, networking becomes a larger factor in success. We network with our sales force as well as outside financial advisors. They have the ability to refer us qualified prospects both inside and outside of our client base. Building strong referral relationships is a key to long term success

My clients sales training program is one of the most successful and comprehensive sales training programs in the country. Representatives receive in-depth training both in classroom and in field.

This opportunity comes with a competitive  base salary including expense allowance, laptop, uncapped commissions and comprehensive benefits package (no wait period) including medical, dental, ca w/ company match, stock purchase options and tuition reimbursement. Average first year earnings are $90 - 100k.But if you are aggressive & money motivated the numbers change dramatically. Commission is uncapped!
