Organizational Change Management

· This role will be very hands-on and will be responsible for creating documentation and working with other team members to develop an understanding of the changes that will take place in our member firms.

· Hands-on – creation of deliverables and guidance associated with our effort – Not just PM or Director level with limited experience in the trenches.

· Experience with organizational transformation associated with large systems deployment/broad process re-engineering efforts

· Global scope implementation.

· SAP or ERP experience preferred

 

Change Management supports the overall director and help to set the overarching change management strategy and project plans. They design the key activities to facilitate and maintain executive alignment and commitment to the overall program

 

-  Provide guidance and direction as well as doing hands-on work to complete the tasks and deliverables described in project plan around stakeholder management, communications, leadership and sponsorship alignment, governance, organization design and structure, performance management, incentives and rewards, hiring and selection, and skills and competencies.

-  Support the execution of Change Management activities

-  Develop Change Management deliverables (e.g. Stakeholder Assessments, Governance Models, etc.)

-  Collaborate with IBS project tracks to identify areas of need for BAT services.


Required Skills:
Proficiency and experience in all aspect of Change Management

Ability to quickly integrate into an organization without command & control

Strong facilitation and problem solving skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proficient in designing and developing creative change management solutions.
