More information about CTG is available on the Web at www.ctg.com  JOB TITLE:  ORDER MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST JOB LOCATION:  PITTSBURGH, PAJOB CODE: 157722 (Please reference this number when responding)  THESE ARE W2 HOURLY POSITIONS WITH CTG – NO CORP-TO-CORP, SUB-CONTRACTORS OR 1099’S PLEASE.   PLEASE, ABSOLUTELY NO THIRD PARTY RESUMES!!!   THIS IS NOT AN ENTRY LEVEL POSITION!    W2 ONLY, ALL INCLUSIVE….NO PER DIEM, NO TRAVEL EXPENSES, NO RELOCATION ALLOWANCES.  CONTRACT W2 HOURLY PAY RATE RANGE:   $18.00 to $24.00 (MAXIMUM) PER HOUR  (W2 hourly pay rate will depend on your experience as it applies to this   position)  CONTRACT DURATION: 12 months  JOB DESCRIPTION Â·  The Order Management Specialist will be responsible for the day-to-day analysis of billing data and service level agreements. This includes working with the Marketing and Order Management teams and other support groups to identify opportunities, perform analysis report findings and track progress and/or any corrective actions, along with maintaining departments within company as well as our customers. ·  MINIMUM of 5 years total financial/accounting experience and customer relationship management. ·  Will also be involved with processing and verification of order management transactions. This position involves significant interaction with customers, marketing/contract management, controlling and the various IT departments at multiple levels. ·  Bachelor’s degree REQUIRED, concentration in Finance or Accounting preferred.  ·  Customer relationship management experience required. ·  Excellent computer skills with focus on Excel are required.
