Operations Manager

The Manager of Employer Services will be a designated accountant (CA, CGA, CMA) who has significant supervisory experience. There is a team of 9 including a Team Lead that report to this person. The existent team has extensive tenure and will be a great asset to a new Manager learning the industry. This position reports to a Director who has a very technical background and is looking for a collaborative individual to partner with him in improving processes and supporting a highly functional team. We are assisting our client in locating a strong leader for the open position of Manager, Employer Services. The most important skills required to be successful in this role include; analytics, customer service, influencing, change management, process improvement, motivation and very strong communication skills. This company has a very convenient location on the south side. There is no charge for parking. As an organization they are very focused on having a healthy fun work environment.
