Office/accounting manager

This is a working supervisor position. It requires the ability to function in a fast-paced environment, balancing the leadership of four staff members, completion of both routine duties and a non-predicatable load of special projects mixed with information requests from customers and senior managment.

 

Essential personal characteristics include a focus on being detail oriented, dedication to accuracy, willingness to handle new challenges with a minimum of advice/supervision and a leadership style that is only results oriented.

 

Skills should contain proven leadership background, experience with financial softwares that include microsoft office and other industry specific softwares which indicate an ability to learn and apply new systems. Proven maintenance of focus under pressure is also vital.

 

Accounting degree preferred, but not required.

 

Fuel jobbership and convenience store experience helpful, but not required.

 

No relocation offered, prefer candidates within reasonable commuting distance.
