Fast-paced accounting and finance recruiting firm seeks a dynamic Office Coordinator to provide front and back office support. We have been in business for over 30 years and are part of the second largest staffing firm in the world with a branch location near the Reston Town Center. Company offers a friendly working atmosphere, stability and excellent benefits. Primary responsibilities of the position include: Answer high volume phone calls; ascertain clients' needs and route the call to the appropriate recruiter Manage the candidate application process: greet candidates upon arrival, set up interview rooms, verify college degrees, complete tax forms (I-9s), create candidate files, and enter pertinent data into our database Establish new employees: order business cards, find work space, set up computers, etc. Write and post employment ads to internet job boards Collect timesheets and distribute paychecks; prepare reports and review for accuracy Draft marketing emails and other special communication materials Oversee outgoing/incoming mail and packages Coordinate special events including visits from other branch locations Contact IT regarding network failures; manage all office equipment (copier, fax) and arrange for repairs Manage office inventory and order supplies, liaise with vendors, and maintain overall office appearance Qualified candidates should demonstrate the following: 2-3 years office support experience in a corporate environment; Bachelor’s degree preferred Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook Commitment to customer-focus, attention to detail, and problem solving ability Excellent phone manner, organization, time management and communication skills To be considered for this exciting opportunity, please submit your resume to jobs@acsysinc.com and reference job code INT.
