Your duties will include taking recorded statements, responding to correspondence, and processing medical bills. You will interface with clients and prepare monthly reports for clients on the complex cases. If you are organized, computer literate, and can make informed and educated decisions, this is an opportunity to sharpen your skills and network at a reputable organization. All candidates are required to have 5 to 8+ years of general liability experience handling litigated light to complex cases from inception to conclusion. The ability to read, understand, and interpret contracts is essential, as the candidate will be handling a real estate book of business. Average caseload is 150-175 files. There is permanency potential for the candidate who shows the knowledge and organizational skill to effectively handle this challenging opportunity!
