Our Santa Monica client is seeking a seasoned National Operations Manager reporting to the Chief Financial Officer.

The National Operations Manager will oversee the entire Loan Servicing Process, will be part of the Management Team in the Finance Division, and will interact with the management teams in the companyâ€™s business units. The National Operations Manager will also monitor and evaluate performance against set goals and provide guidance to the managers of these Groups as well as the other Senior Managers in the Finance Division. This senior business partner will be responsible for setting standards for accuracy, volume and processing time frames, articulating the finance department vision, and insure adherence to company policy and procedures.
