At Perfect Mortgage our Loan Officers are considered Trusted Advisors by our clients. We train and coach our advisors to be great listeners, and to offer product options to our clients that are designed around their needs.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

There is no such thing as a typical day at Perfect Mortgage. During the course of a day you will find yourself engaged in the following activities:

- Conduct a thorough needs analysis with our clients to determine where they stand today, and where they want to be in the future when it comes to their financing
- Turn your clients into “Raving Fans� through constant follow up and attention to detail from the beginning through to the end of the process, and even after the loan closes. We specialize in lifelong relationships here at Perfect Mortgage.
- Contact warm clients who want to talk to you about their mortgage needs. We supply the leads, and you do the rest
- Choose the best possible solution for our clients based on their needs from a wide array of cutting edge products designed to fill the needs of today’s marketplace
- Advise clients on the steps necessary to successfully purchasing and financing a home in today’s challenging market
- Create solutions when necessary to overcome opportunities that may arise during the transaction process.
