This position will track physical crude trades through purchase, scheduling, movement, and evaluation/pricing phases and record associated accounting transactions.  Reconcile, analyze, and compile transaction reports.
 
Key Job Responsibilities:
Reads and understands trading contractsRetains knowledge of negotiated deal settlementsIdentifies scheduled crude deal movementsDetermines how movements were scheduled and compares to actual movementsVerifies supply and trade management system and enterprise resource planning system reflect equivalent valuations Analyzes daily changes to trading profit and loss reportsVerifies financial records are properly reflected Performs invoice settlementReconciles profit and loss and book to book physical inventory between supply and trade management and enterprise resource planning systemsRecords month end accruals for secondary purchases Education and Experience:
The selected candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field of study or equivalent experience typically required.  Must have minimum 2 years manufacturing cost accounting experience or equivalent combination of education and experience typically required.
