Job Description
Catapult technology is currently seeking a Metrics Reporting Analyst with a specialty in data analysis and reporting. The Metrics Reporting Analyst will have a key role ensuring that Catapult’s performance is accurately measured and reported against defined Service Level Agreements (SLA). The Metrics Reporting Analyst will ensure that Catapult is reporting in a timely and accurate manner.

Responsibilities:
• Collect and report metrics in a complete, user friendly, and timely manner
• Document performance measures
• Apply statistical methods appropriate to the type of data and variance involved
• Assist in non-conformance investigations and root cause analysis
• Analyze customer satisfaction survey results and present the information to management
• Produce metrics based reports (written and graphic)
• Monitor and report on SLAs
• Extract data, QA data and formulate custom customer reports as assigned by Supervisor
• Provide data analysis and preparation of supervisory/management reports using a variety of systems, including Business Objects XI, Microsoft Access, and Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, graphs, macros).
• Distribute reports on schedule as assigned by Supervisor
• Consult with management to insure the custom reports meet the customer needs.
• Act as expert to answer questions regarding reporting functions
• Work with IV&V personnel to resolve any questions or issues in regards to custom reports provided.
• Other program duties as assigned

Skills:
• BA or BS degree; statistics, mathematics, industrial engineering, industrial psychology, or organizational behavior degree a plus
• Experience in Independent Verification & Validation (IV&V) and Quality Assurance activities for large, performance based projects
• 3 years in statistical analysis
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Ability to manage priorities and workflow - Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm
• Acute attention to detail - Demonstrated ability to plan and organize projects
• Experience working in the Federal Government a plus
• Expert in MS Office Suite.
• Experience in extracting data from CA Unicenter a plus
• Experience creating data quality deliverables such as data definitions, exception reports, and data quality dashboards
• Highly refined organizational and time management skills
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to work independently on multiple projects simultaneously with multiple deadlines
• Must be proactive and exhibit initiative with minimal supervision
• Must be detail, deadline, and results-oriented
• Advanced customer service and interpersonal skills
• Experience with CMMI, ITIL, Malcolm Baldrige, or ISO 9000 a plus
• Experience on performance based contracts a plus
