Purpose As a Member Service Representative you will provide receptionist, customer service and teller services for the Target Credit Union. These may include answering calls, distributing mail, making address changes, training new staff and being a teller when necessary.See Yourself: Answering incoming telephone calls and open/distribute mail to the appropriate Team Member for assistance Providing customer service to customers such as telephone transfers, address changes, copies of statements, process member telephone requested savings withdrawals, process certificates of deposit and monetary transfers between a member's various accounts Answering member questions and concerns about Credit Union policies and procedures Cross training in the Teller position and be a back-up as needed Reviewing reports and deposit activity to ensure they are processed on time Cross selling applicable Credit Union services to new and existing Members, presenting necessary information as suited to our Member's needs Maintaining all machines and equipment in our work area to ensure they are providing quality documentationJob Requirements Minimum Requirements: High School graduate One year of similar experience Ability to maintain confidentialitySee The Rewards Eligible team members will receive one of the best earnings packages anywhere, including competitive pay, all-around insurance coverage, 401(k), flexible scheduling, training and development and many other perks and benefits.
