Seeking experienced Medical Billing and Collections Specialist.

Responsibilities will include:Data entry of billing information Reviewing and researching outstanding accounts Identifying the appropriate solutions to resolve the account Contacting insurance carriers and/or responsible party to identify reasons for nonpayment Posting payments Sending letters or additional information and appealing responses from third party payers

Additional information:Medicare or Medicaid experience a plus Intermediate or advanced knowledge of Excel Minimum typing speed of 40 wpm required Minimum of one year experience in Healthcare collections
