We are Coastal Ear, Nose & Throat, LLC, a prestigious 4 physician Otolaryngology Practice inÂ Neptune, NJ.Â Our practice is rapidly expanding and we are seeking an experienced Manager to complete our billing team. Candidates should be Certified Coders andÂ have a deep understanding of insurance reimbursement procedures and strategies. We are looking for a bright, energetic, leader who knows how to get the best out of their staff andÂ maintain good relations with patients andÂ payors.

Responsibilities include analyzing accounts receivable reports,Â weekly and monthly financial reports, negotiating insurance contracts, credentialling, supervising employees and developing effective work flow andÂ reimbursement operations.
