Marketing Associate

Position

We need a high energy, high output team player to join our market assessment group.  This Marketing Associate will help grow the firm by working closely with our clients, the media, as well as our staff of financial analysts and marketing personnel.  In this position, you will gain experience in marketing and business operations.

 

Responsibilities

The responsibilities of this position include:

 

· Assist with the production of our research reports

· Coordinate our client support activities and tracking systems

· Arrange and coordinate client meetings / events

· Gather and process marketing information via web searches

· Assist with our out-bound marketing and sales program activities

· Manage and monitor our web site

· Provide backup assistance for managing our business systems

 

Qualifications

The qualifications for this position include:

 

· Undergraduate degree in business administration or similar

· Very experienced with Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint in particular), Internet, and other software packages including Macromedia Dreamweaver

· Outgoing interpersonal skills

· Strong business organizational skills

· Commitment to detail and deadlines

· Minimum of 1 year of work experience
