Responsibilities:Forecasting and planning Risk Management Financial policies and procedures Controls testing External reporting and auditing Involved in business process design and implementation Maintain SOX documentation and related records Requirements:Active CPA is required Financial Statement preparation experience SOX experience Solid understanding of GAAP, manufacturing and cost accounting.
