Essential Functions:   Responsible for the monthly closing process and consolidation Prepares and analyzes financial statements and consolidation Maintains ledger accounts, ledger hierarchy and reporting consolidation structure Maintains account reconciliations for Corporate ledger Responsible for drafting SEC financial reports (10-Q, 10-K, 11-K) Understands confidentiality of the financial information and responsibilities Builds professional and productive relationships within the organization Communicates financial reporting requirements Coordinates information requests for external auditors Lean accounting initiatives and corporate efficiencies Travels and works overtime as required Other duties as assigned     Education and Experience:   Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance Minimum of 5 years experience in finance/accounting with 2 years of related experience Oracle or similar experience SEC reporting experience (preferred by not mandatory) Solid understanding of GAAP Consolidation and foreign currency experience Proficient with Microsoft Office tools, specifically Excel and Word experience Ability to interact effectively with various levels within the organization Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills System implementation experience preferred CPA preferred Contact Information: Joe Soubra joe.soubra@ajilon.com 412 391-0900x217Salary/Pay Rate: $70000-$100000 About Ajilon Ajilon Professional Staffing is a leader in recruiting and project consulting, with specialty divisions in finance & accounting, management & office support, and legal.
