We also offer a 401K plan, a flex spending program, and tuition reimbursement designed to help you continue to grow with us. If you are seeking a gratifying career in the dynamic field of laser vision correction, please send your resume.   For more information about our company and a list of our current openings please check out our website at http://www.lasikplus.com/ or call 1-866-763-3030.Managing all aspects of in-house financing program – Key emphasis on managing collection function in retail environment with 15,000 active accounts.   Essential Responsibilities:  Â·  Managing Accounts Receivable Personnel – day to day management responsibilities for 3 Collectors and 1 Treasury Analyst. Â·  Manage outside 3rd party collection agency Â·  Develop and maintain monthly analysis of activity, aging, collection rates, write-offs, bad debt, trends and other data. Â·  Review Monthly Aging Reports and follow-up with collection issues. Â·  Develop proper procedures for collections once an account has been deemed uncollectible. Monitor and report on progress of accounts in collections. Â·  Prepare all month end closing entries. Â·  Responsible for the reconciliation of the Accounts Receivable subsystem to the General Ledger. Â·  Maintain automated software system and work with external vendor and internal Information Services staff for updates and/or upgrades. Â·  Responsible for the management and maintenance of 85 local and national bank accounts including opening and closing accounts, sweeping cash from accounts and maintaining proper signatories.  Â·  Monitor companies’ investment portfolio, provide reports to Treasurer and make trades as instructed.  Â·  Other projects and duties as assigned. Required Knowledge and Skills: 1.  Prior experience with billing and collection software and general ledger. 2.  Computer skills – Expert Excel skills, Mid-Level PowerPoint skills, and Mid-Level Word skills 3.  Collection management experience required. 4.  Banking experience a plus.  Formal Education:   Bachelor’s Degree or equal relevant work experience required.
