This crucial role is responsible for the research, analysis and resolution of issues relating to billing functions including billing, timekeeping, account reconciliation, supplier compliance, invoice transaction and reporting. If you have the below experience we want to talk to you! General knowledge of accounting and cost/billing systems, practices/procedures, and microcomputers software/hardware also required. Experience with web-based time-keeping and attendance system preferred. Supply chain billing experience strongly preferred. Data processing, billing and /or customer resolution experience required Capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously; be flexible with new assignments; meet deadlines; redirect priorities in a high volume environment. Experience with Peoplesoft and Oracle a plus. Excel experience required. Access experience highly preferred. Customer service, strong attention to detail, organizational, interpersonal and motivational skills. Must be an independent self-starter! The ideal candidate will possess the following: An Associate’s degree in Business or Accounting. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
