Manager SEC Reporting
Description:The Manager SEC Reporting is the process leader from inception to filing of quarterly and annual reports with the SEC. This includes but is not limited to: planning, coordinating and obtaining sufficient supporting documentation to complete filings, ensuring proper execution of SOX 404 key controls, coordinating most disclosure controls and procedures, facilitating distributions to senior management and audit committee, interfacing with all levels of management to improve disclosures and incorporate comments, remaining abreast of current accounting and regulatory developments to ensure adequate and timely disclosure, overseeing and maintaining quality of Edgar process, monitoring competitor filings performing various research and benchmarking activities .This position provides extensive support to the treasury and investor relations functions, including registration statements, financing transactions, earnings releases, analyst and rating agency presentations and other distributions of financial information. It facilitates or supervises the Company's 8-K compliance process and manages the audit process and financial reporting for 2 401(k) benefit plans, resulting in Form 11-K filings annually, and 3 defined benefit plans. In addition, this position has some involvement with close and standard account reconciliation process.
