Manager, SEC Corporate Reporting (Oil & Gas)

Based in the Galleria area, we are one of the largest developers and operators of pipelines (in the US and Canada) in addition to natural gas gathering and processing, transporting, storing and distributing for North American and Canadian markets. 

The SEC Manager of Corporate Accounting reports to the Director of Financial Reporting and will oversee the preparation and filing of Form 10-Q/10-K/8-K for two US registrants (Corporate and our MLP).
