Job responsibilities include conducting acquisition due diligence, internal audit procedures, preparing financial analysis and financial modeling, analizing operating performance and assisting in preparation of annual financial forecasts.
Must have bachelor's degree in accounting or finance; MBA or CPA a plus; minimum five year's experience; audit experience helpful
