Manager - FP&A

Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis for a rapidly growing public company.   Primary Responsibilities: o  Lead annual planning process.  Support long term financial modeling process through diligent understanding of key business operational challenges, opportunities and long term strategy.  Support completion of presentations and reporting of annual plan objectives to the executive leadership team. o  Drive operating profit improvement.  Support key projects or initiatives materially impacting the company’s consolidated results.  Perform complex financial analysis and concisely summarize findings for decision making. o  Lead consolidated financial analysis to research and disseminate monthly, quarterly, and yearly variance analysis as compared to plan and prior year results in an effort to drive business improvement and detect deficiencies throughout the organization. o  Mentor financial planning and analysis staff.  Minimum Requirements: o  MA, MS, MBA or equivalent in Finance or Accountingo  7+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience o  Strong financial planning and analysis experience requiredo  Supervisory experience requiredo  Strong discounted cash flow and excel experience required Â· *Candidate must be authorized to work in the United States.   Â· Please visit our website to apply online at www.forrerusa.com Â· *Word resumes only.
