Responsibilities: The Billing Process Solutions Manager is responsible for developing and leading a comprehensive engineering approach to build and improve PenskeÂ?s Billing systems. The scope of the position starts with an approved contract, and includes interfacing with numerous point of sales systems through the invoice distribution to the customer by paper or electronic methods. The manager would assess the overall billing process systems and develop innovative solutions to ensure that we deliver error free billing to our customers. They will interact with field users and Sr. Management to validate system requirements and improvement opportunities. They are responsible to manage project resources and ensure that project timelines are met. The manager would also implement control mechanisms to ensure that the changes create and maintain the desired solution
