Advisory professionals are also able to provide clients with relevant industry and functional skills where they need them most. We are currently seeking a Manager to join us in our New York office. Responsibilities: * Provide planning, delivery, and overall engagement management services with a focus on cash and working capital management improvement programs * Perform analysis and re-design of financial advisory processes such as cash flow forecasts, credit and collections process improvement, and accounting system efficiency improvement for external clients. * Assist partners and directors in the identification of opportunities, development and delivery of proposals, as well as general business and practice development opportunities * Perform engagement quality control, including monitoring of performance, drafting/reviewing client deliverables, performance management, etc. * Understand KPMG's service and sub-service offerings and help identify potential opportunities for such opportunities Qualifications: * Five years of experience focused on cash and working capital management improvement programs * Experience within a professional services environment working with large client corporations and/or prior management experience within an internal credit, collections, and/or treasury department * Advanced level of understanding of credit and collections management and working knowledge of the accounts payable, procurement, and the order to cash process * Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance from an accredited college/university * Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of Cash Management and Treasury Management practices * Thorough understanding of the following key performance indicators including Cash Flow forecasts, number of days of working capital, days of sales, inventory, and accounts payable outstanding * Functional knowledge and understanding of accounting systems such as purchasing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, inventory management, and/or treasury/cash management * Advanced level of proficiency with MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio * Strong analytical and report writing skills * Able to travel at moderate to extensive levels KPMG offers and supports flexible work arrangements as well as part-time schedules.
