M & A Financial Consultant
A locally based medical device company has acquired another company. They have an immediate need for an experienced financial professional with some background in acquisition. The best background would include experience with due diligence, financial statement preparation, foreign exchange, consolidations with mutliple entities and stock options. You will need to be able to think like a CFO as well as roll-up your sleeves and perform some technical accounting tasks In addition to the above mentioned experience required:-10+ years experience-CPA preferred-Medical Device industry preferred-Willing to work part-time 8-16 hours a week
