Logistics Coordinator, Export, Import, LC, Purchasing Manager, Buyer, Accounting, Chinese mandarin

We are located at City of Industry, CA. We have a nice and beautiful office. We are inviting the qualified candidates to join us for the following positions:1. Professional and versatile accounting specialist to administer AP, AR, billing, payroll and other associated accounting functions in a fast paced, customer oriented environment. Responsibilities:-Prepare and process AP including obtaining approvals with support documentation.-Prepare and process customer invoices according to instructions or contract provisions.-Set up new and maintain existing suppliers accounts.-Process semi-monthly payroll including entering time sheets. -Develop and maintain accounting-related records and reports.-Provide back up support to assist with office management as a needed basis.REQUIRED: - Formal education and training in Accounting is required, Bachelors degree in Accounting preferred.- Minimum 3 years experience in an accounting department processing AP, AR, billing, and payroll.- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.Language skillsEnglish and Chinese are the principal languages for this position. This position requires good written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively in a diverse multicultural environment.

 

2. Export/Import Bookings Coordinator (Logistics Coordinator):

 

Job duties:

 Daily management and coordination of export shipments Make booking with carriers and ask for tentative sailing schedules.Work together with our freight forwarder to obtain the AES.Dispatch booking to our suppliersTrack and trace all shipments Proactively identify problems and swiftly implement the appropriate solution Answer and resolve billing questions when needed Help the Operations Manager to confirm rates with carriers Perform other duties as request or assignedAbility to provide 24 hour responsePreparation of export documentation based on LC requirements.Preparation of Bills of ladingCreate, coordinate country specific, export and commercial documents  Daily Communication with customer on relevant issues and resolution  Requirements Degree preferred or equivalent work experience Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to handle multi-projects simultaneously Team oriented Ability to handle fast-paced environment Working knowledge of Microsoft Office – Excellent Computer Skills Minimum 1 year of experience in the export business environment.Language skillsEnglish is the principal language for this position. 3. Experienced Buyers /Purchasing ManagersLooking for 3 purchasing managers in the Paper, Plastics or recycling business for the following areas: East Coast (New York or New Jersey), Chicago and California. Job duties-Experience in purchasing and strong knowledge of Paper, Plastics or in the Recycling business.-Knowledge in business administration, logistics, supply chain management or related area. -Background of related work experience in the paper, plastics or Recycling business only.-Coordinate all purchasing related activities between our company and other suppliers. -Meet with suppliers on a regular basis to determine and optimize progress and discuss future activities-Negotiating long term agreements with suppliers, maintaining competitive pricing, leading yearly cost reduction activities, monitoring supplier quality and delivery performance, monitor supplier performance and initiate corrective action.-Analytical skills in order to identify, resolve and make recommendations regarding purchasing procedures and policies, and maintain department operations.

 

Requirements:2 years related work experience in purchasing or finance preferred Experience working with suppliers in the paper, Plastics or recycling business.Excellent negotiation skills.Excellent interpersonal, analytical and communications skills
