Loan Quality Analysts will perform pre and post -funding quality reviews of all loans in existing regional operations sites. Reviews will be based upon pre-set criteria. The review checks loan criteria to prevent salability issues by measuring key elements of the origination process. Loan Quality Analysts review mortgage documents virtually, analyze operations performance, and complete a detailed checklist to report their findings. The Loan Quality Analysts will also complete ad hoc reviews for Production Control and Operations Support groups.

Qualifications

Minimum of two years of credit evaluation , loans processing or real estate mortgage experience
College degree required
Excellent Analytical and Decision making skills
Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills
Strong Customer Service Skills
Detailed and Organized
Strong PC Skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access)
Independent and Self Sufficient worker
Able to prioritize and manage daily productivity
Flexibility and ability to work in a fast-paced environment to effectively meet deadlines

Willing and able to work nightshift ( ex. 10pm -7 pm MNL time )

Work days : Tues - Saturday work week
